I guess it’s time to get back into this whole blogging business. Whenever I take a vacation I come home in need of another. Literally, my suitcase is still packed on the floor by the door. It’s just begging me to go back.
We had such a magical time in Mexico, and guess what? No one was kidnapped, and the drug cartel didn’t get us. Everyone always says to me that Mexico is so dangerous, and there are so many bad things going on down there. I have so many opinions on the topic and it gets me so frustrated, so I will just move right along.
We left Friday morningish and arrived to our little house in Los Conches around 4ish? I think? Once we crossed the boarder I lost all sense to time. To sum up the weekend in a really long sentence, and a really long roll of pictures: we ate and ate and ate, and when we weren’t hungry, we ate some midnight tacos, we sat on the beach, visited Chino, got ice cream, went to the fish market, Chief may have marked some sombreros as his own, drove around town, ate at good ol’ Pollo Lucas, went to Arruro Bodega just because, ate tres leche cake (yum), ate a few more tacos, passed out candy to the kids who wanted to sell us candy, went to church in Spanish, played some mean card games resulting in Shelby winning 14 pieces of candy and much much more…
WARNING! PICTURE OVERLOAD!
What did you do on Labor Day Weekend? I hope you got to relax!
